• Accommodation

Please bring your own tents. Those who have no tent of their own, can sleep in a big tent with wooden floor. For the time of the course one can bring also a caravan (trailer), but mind that for the technical reasons we will not be able to provide caravans with electricity.

There is a possibility of staying in nearby hotels. The Centre does not book rooms in hotels and cannot help in commuting. We advise direct contact with hotels. We prepared a list of hotels near Jaktorow available on our web page www.kalachakra.org.pl/en/hotels.htm .

• Children and accompanying persons

By ‘accompanying persons’ we understand those who stay in the area of the Centre during the course but do not participate in the events.

For accompanying persons and children a daily donation covering the costs of their staying is 2 €.

Parents are responsible (also materially) for behaviour of their children in the area of the Centre!

• Recording the lectures

The lectures can be recorded and written down for personal use only. Any form of multiplying or publishing the lectures (also in the Internet) is possible only after getting permission from Rinpoche and authorisation from the translators.

• Interviews with Rinpoche

Because of intensity of the program during the initiation, the course will be very exhausting for Rinpoche, taking into consideration his age. Thus this year there will be no interviews with Rinpoche.

• Please do not forget to bring with you :

a sleeping bag, texts to practice, a notebook, a pen, warm clothes, an electric torch, a pad to sit (there is only a wooden floor in a tent) and a meditation cushion. The text for a daily Kalachakra practice with English translation can be purchased after the initiation – please, mention in your application: “I order the text for practice”!

• Valuable items

Please take care of valuable items belonging to you during your staying in the Centre! The Centre does not take any responsibility for things lost or left after the course.
The Centre does not take any responsibility for any material damages not caused by the Centre.

• Animals

During the course it is NOT ALLOWED to bring any pets/animals to the Centre.

• We would like to remind you that :

Drinking alcohol (including beer) and taking (or possessing) illegal drugs is strictly forbidden in the area of the Centre. Smoking cigarettes is allowed only in special places. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be immediately removed form the area of the Centre without return of the payment for the course.
