These are minimum costs covering the spendings related preparation and accomplishment of the celebration (renting a big tent with a floor, sanitary containers, plane tickets for Rinpoche and his assistants, preparation of the camping site etc.) We will be grateful for any additional donations, which will be purposed for the gift for Rinpoche and for further development of the Centre in Grabnik (a new building in the Centre). There is a possibility of individual sponsoring of travel costs and meals of Rinpoche and his assistants (detailed information in the Office Centre in Grabnik).

People offering for the course 1.500 €, or more, will be provided with a place in the special sector (near the Kalachakra mandala).

Monks and lamas residing and working only for the Dharma-centre (not employed outside the Centre) do not pay for the course, however they are requested to cover the costs of their meals.

For people who stay in the Centre before or after the course a daily donation covering the costs of their staying is 2 €.

During the course a tent where the initiation is going to take place will be divided into sectors. For those who will pay the whole sum for the whole course before the deadline we reserve places is the sectors closer to Rinpoche and the mandala in accordance with the time order of payments.

Meals will be provided by a professional catering company

Meals are with meat or vegetarian – option should be mentioned in application. For those who will not mention it, we will reserve vegetarian meals.

You can chose between the following options:
a) all meals
b) dinners only (at 1 p.m.).
c) apart from dinners, it is possible to have cheap but nourishing soup.

To reserve your meals please fill the application form available on web page www.kalachakra.org.pl/en/reservation.htm or contact us by telephone and pay the whole sum for the reserved meals no later than July 31st. After this date we will not be able to accept changes in your reservations or return the sum paid. Please make not payments after the deadline! Please bring with you a receipt proving you have made a payment.

People who will not make further reservation and payment, will be able to buy meals only in advance (for the next day) – paying 8 € for all meals, and 4,5 € for dinner only.
