The main center and the headquarters of the Association is the Karma Kamtzang Meditation Center at Grabnik outside Warsaw, Poland. The Center is located on five hectares of farmland adjacent to a forest and includes a centrally situated pond as well as a forest area. Apart from the main residential building, it houses utility facilities that have been temporarily adapted to service the Center. Far from the busy world and close to nature (unusually rich animal world, particularly birds), the Center radiates an atmosphere of peace and beauty.

The Center holds regular daily meditation practice as well as training courses in the practice of meditation and the study of the teachings. An on-site library provides easy access to literature on the subject along with the possibility to purchase practice texts, taped teachings and pujas, photos and other materials useful to practitioners.

Lama Rinchen (a Polish disciple of Tenga Rinpoche), a permanent resident, provides day to day guidance and can grant initiations and offer practice instructions.

It is possible to take private meditation retreats in specially adapted trailers located away from the main building. However, this requires prior consultation with Lama Rinchen who also coordinates timing for the retreats.
