Our association has published tens of Buddhist practice texts. They include original Tibetan text, transcription as well as Polish translation. They are available in the Grabnik Centre for those who have decided to follow the Buddhist path and have taken refuge in Three Jewels.
In order to perform Yidam practice, one should receive from lama: empowerment for the particular Buddha form, oral instruction and lung (reading transmission) to the sadhana. To use some of the texts, lama’s permission is required.
Empowerment is not needed to recite the texts given below. Nevertheless, a direct oral transmission is necessary in order to achieve full result, as it is so in case of all Buddhist practices.
